Angles, Areas and Distance measurements with Analist CLOUD Explorer! The Analist CLOUD Explorer is the newest function included in the Analist 2018 CLOUD.  With the new Analist 2018 CLOUD Explorer, in addition to visualizing a Point Cloud in a .LAS file format it is now possible to carry out distance, angles and areas measurements extremely easily and carefree. Analist CLOUD Explorer allows you to scale your Point Cloud (.LAS) by simply identifying and providing only one measurement. Carry out desired measurements directly in the Point Cloud.


The 3D model below was created by capturing 120 aerial images with a 4k camera.  You may perform distance, area, and angle measurements using our Analist 2018 Cloud interface. (below).  Click the bottom right corner of the image to expand to full screen, and then use the buttons on the left nav bar to measure areas (bottom button), distances (2nd from the bottom), and angles (3rd from the bottom). Click the left mouse key to add markers, and click the right button to complete the measurement and calculate the results. You may click on a marker to move it, and perform a real-time recalculation. Use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out. Left mouse key and hold to rotate the images, right mouse key and hold to move image side to side, and up / down.
